Minor Scholastic Achievements

On my way home tonight i saw a bumper sitcker that read 'I am an honor student at Nashville Auto Diesel College'
Not that i'm trying to diminish this obviously incredible feat, but the mere thought of the instances surronding this man being awarded this important prize brings a giggle from my gut.
Possible intercom announcements include....."will the following students please report to the garage for the bumper sticker presentation.....""Bubba; please stand up, remove your chaw and come accept your sticker... don't worry, you wont have to read it aloud."
i'm reminded of the comic stylings of George Carlin....."We are the Proud Parents of a Child Whose Self-Esteem is Sufficient that He Doesn't Need Us Advertising His Minor Scholastic Achievements on the Bumper of Our Car."
Imma go eat dinner now.... of course if you were behind me in traffic, you'd already know that.
