Fidelity, Stupidity, or just a lack of creativity

I joined a group at work called Speech Masters. We take turns doing 3 -5 minute speeches, breaking down, judging and a little bit of improv.
Tomorrow is my turn to do a speech, i did not realise this until today. So, the first subject i could think of is 'blogging is my therapy.'
So, now, I'm blogging about my speech on blogging.
